Fighting Philosopher

Synopsis

An officer in the Galactic Empire military gets the chance to put into practice his plans to rehabilitate criminals who have gone rogue and prey upon technologically undeveloped planets, and use them instead to guide those civilizations towards productive inclusion in the empire.
