The title of this publication changed from "Fantasy Newsletter" to "Fantasy Review" beginning this year. In February, the magazine format changes to emphasize reviews of new fantasy and science fiction publications, sometimes including fanzines, comic books and even movies. The Reviews section expands to occupy half or more of each issue, although the reviews are generally less detailed than those in earlier issues.
