Synopsis
Henry Fitzroy, bastard son of Henry VIII and <I>Vampire</i> foils a spy's plan to betray England to Napoleon's forces. And does it within the constrained manners of London high society at that time.
Notes
This story is about Henry Fitzroy and is set well before Victory Nelson came on the scene. This story is set in London at a point in time around the years 1813 to 1815 with the dating references being:
- “George Gordon, the sixth Lord Byron, celebrated author of Childe Harold's Pilgrimage, was indeed a handsome young man.” This lengthy narrative poem was published from 1812 to 1818. George Gordon was 24 to 30 years old at the time.
- Frequent references to Napoleon being in power. This ended in June 1815.
