Presumably this is the title page of the 1896 Hutchinson ed., rather than a frontispiece that faces the title page proper. One publisher advertisement of that 1st ed. states "In handsome cloth, gilt ... with designed title by Fred Hyland".
The 1976 Arno ed. is a photographic reprint of the 1896 Hutchinson edition. Probably it contains this work as interior art; that is, preceded by an Arno Press title page.
