Synopsis
four vignettes:<ol> <LI>The Fence: Benny studies a zombie at the fence in Mountainside as part of his training to go with Tom, Lilah and Nix to find that jumbo-jet <li>The Quick and the Dead: Solomon Jones is one of the earliest to notice the flocking of the dead - and that they're headed toward the free towns <LI>Girls: Benny & Chong discuss Lou's crush on Lilah and Benny's and Nix's pull-back from Benny in the aftermath of what happened in <I>Rot & Ruin</i> <LI>Swords: as Benny, Chong, Lilah, Morgie and Nix train with Tom, it becomes apparent that Nix is leading from hatred and Benny decides to draw on his love for Nix as a cleaner "source"
