Publishers: Shadow Press; Gananoque, Ontario Editors: Howard E. Day Issues 12 and 13 were lost by the printer and the numbers were temporarily skipped. Number 12 was eventually reconstructed and issued after #19. The publisher died before number 13 could be recreated.
