The short stories "Day of the Great Shout" (Jan-1965) and "The Suicide Express" (Mar-1966) were edited and combined into the first published Riverworld novel "To Your Scattered Bodies Go" (1971)

• The copyright information is not correct: «Parts of this work, under the titles of "The Day of the Great Shout" and "Riverworld," appeared in 'Galaxy Magazine' in 1965 and 1966.» However, the second part is "The Suicide Express", not "Riverworld". And not in 'Galaxy', but in 'Worlds of Tomorrow'.
