Notes

• There will be some confusion among web sites for the title as from the top down the title on the front cover and spine read "30th Anniversary / DAW / Science Fiction" while on the title page it's "Science Fiction / DAW / 30th Anniversary" both of which are stylized and thus subject to interpretation.
• The editors are credited on the spine and title page as Elizabeth R. Wollheim and Sheila E. Gilbert. As the editors are not stated on the front cover many sites list this publication under "Various", "Betsy Wollheim", "BetsyWolheim", "Betsy R. Wollheim", "Elizabeth Wollheim" and or without the second editor who, when credited, is often listed as "Sheila Gilbert." Part of the reason for "Betsy Wollheim" and "Sheila Gilbert" being listed as editors is that's how the introductions to this anthology are signed.
• Immediately before most of the stories is a one page preface written by one of the editors or the author that talks about the author's relationship with DAW (the company and/or the person) started and/or some other interesting thing about the author's relationship with DAW.
