Deluxe Limited Edition of 1500 copies, signed by Spurlock and Frank Frazetta, Jr. Slipcase, with a 15-page "Bonus Folio" not in the trade edition. Oversized book, 14-1/2" x "10-1/2". Pages 106 through 109 are missing; p.105 and p.110 are on opposite sides of the same piece of paper. The publisher attributes this to a printing error, and assures purchasers there are no missing pages. Rear end papers are the same as the front end papers.
