Originally to be priced at $150, Numbered and signed edition of 300 copies (plus extras for contributors and a special deluxe edition). Signed by Michael Moorcock, Richard Hescox and Michael Chabon. The frontispiece is the same illustration as the front cover. Interior art includes 2 B&W illustrations, six plates (two B&W, four color) and endpapers.
