"Book One" and "Book Two" are a 2 volume edition. The stories are spread across Book One and Book Two, not in the original order.

• The preface is dated 9 September 1998
• First printing, as per number line.
• All stories start with a page (occasionally 2) with information about the author and an introduction to the story.
  All stories themselves start on the next new page.
  All stories are followed - on a new page - by an "Afterword" (by the author, except for the George Turner story). The Afterwords are up to 3 pages. (The Turner story has 2 Afterwords - one by his literary executor, Bruce Gillespie & one by his official biographer Judith Raphael Buckrich.)
  The page numbers given here (& as listed in the TOC, in most cases) are that of the author information.
