• The exact date is not listed. Abebooks says the 2nd printing was on July 7th. The events of the book supposedly begin in July 2005, so it seems most likely that this was intentionally selected to be the month of first publication, so the publication date is July 1 to July 7; we select July 1 here as representative, and to place it ahead of the 2nd printing.
