Comma added to the title because seems to be implied punctuation in the title. ("Stand Clear" isn't a subtitle so a colon seems not appropriate.)
On the 1st edition, the title is:

Light Touch Paper
Stand Clear
on the cover & on the title page (i.e. 2 lines). The spine has a comma between "Paper" and "Stand".

The publisher's website uses a comma most of the time, although has a dash on the book's annoucement / purchase page.

The National Library of Australia CiP data on the copyright page of the 1st edition also as a comma.

• All stories start on an odd numbered page & are followed by a paragraph about the author. This has been taken into account when estimating story "lengths".
