• "October 1992" stated on the copyright page with a complete number line: "10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1" (over) "BVG".
• The publisher is given as Delacorte Press on the title page and the copyright page. The logo for the "Abyss" imprint is printed only on the spine and both flaps of the dustjacket. The Delacorte Press name and logo are printed on the spines of both the book and the dustjacket.
• On the first page following the front loose endpaper is the statement "Welcome to" over the Abyss logo, followed by a mission statement and an encomium by Stephen King.
• The copyright page contains the complete Library of Congress Cataloging in Publication Data including the year of publication (1992), the ISBN (0-385-30875-2), and the LCCN (92-506).
