• Price from a facsimile of the dust jacket. Contents' page numbers from Hathitrust Digital Library copy. Bound in a green cloth with darker green stamping to the front cover and the spine. My copy has a small piece about 3 1/2" long by 1" deep cut from the upper corner of the front free end page, probably to remove a name. My copy is in a Facsimile Dust Jacket with a 7/6 net price on the spine. The cover shows some soil and wear.
