Probably never officially published until its appearance in the 2010 ebook edition. Proof copies of the first print edition with six stories exist with mono-color covers. A full-color cover edition was supposed to be published with two new "Fanny" stories, but it never appeared. See the explanation in the Note of Better the Devil.
