- "Daddy!" by Jack L. Chalker in Fantasy Newsletter No. 61, August 1983 says 3000 copies were printed, 1000 copies cloth-bound as first state. (Also 300 copies were paperbound, 300 copies bound into Strange Worlds (1953), 700 sold for Pick-A-Book and 700 still unbound in 1983.) Picture in this listing, which matches trade paper (wrappers) copies offered on ABE, is possibly the Pick-A-Book publication.
