• The limitation page follows the front loose endpaper with the following statement: "This special signed edition is limited to 2,000 numbered copies." (over) "This is number ______." in which the copy number is hand-printed. Above this statement are the authors' signatures.
• Book is slipcased in a clothbound box without any markings.
• "Dust Jacket Art: © 2008 by Alan M. Clark" (over) "Dust Jacket Design: Gail Cross" (over) "Lettered Edition Frontis Artwork © 2008 by Alex McVey" (over) "Typesetting and Design: Bill Walker" stated on the copyright page.
• Year of publication stated on the title page is "2008", but the book didn't appear until April, 2009, according to the publisher's website. (An announcement on Rocky Wood's blog confirms that the book was being shipped by the publisher on April 14, 2009.) Amazon mistakenly dates this publication date as April 30, 2008.
• The publisher also announced a Traycased Lettered Edition of 52 signed and lettered copies bound in leather and Smyth sewn with a satin ribbon page marker for $500. It is unpublished as of 2013-02-14.
