• No printing stated. First printing per illustration present on page 145 which was apparently removed for later printings.
• Page numbering stops with 283, but there is content through the page that would be numbered 292.
• The last page gives printing details. According to this text, 2000 copies of the book were printed, of which 750 were hardcover and numbered, and 1250 were bound in stiff paper and not numbered. Numbering of numbered copies appears stamped on this page; this copy is so numbered.
• This text further states that the hardbound books are part of the Voyager series, and the paperbound copies are part of the Anthem series (A-1009) which is a series of fantasy-related non-fiction paperbacks.
