• No printed price.
• The pages are unnumbered - manual count done.
• Very large format - approx. 31.5 cm
• Image shown is inadvertently cropped about 1cm all round and darker than the original. (The publication is bigger than the bed of my scanner! [clarkmci])
• Margaret Wild's name doesn't show up well on the scan, but it is in orange-red at the top left of the cover - in the same typeface as the illustrator's name.
• A better version of the cover can be seen on Worldcat (see below) or on the publisher's website - here (actually it's of the later tp, but seems the same as the copy used for this data, other than slight cropping on the left) (August 2012)
• Worldcat gives 2005 as the year of publication, but the copyright page definitely states 2006 (published and ©).
